parque rosedal

Parque Rosedal is basically this park with lots of roses. I thought it would be cooler, but it wasn´t. Also, my camera ran out of batteries.

Anyways, uploading these so that I have a clear memory card for BRAZIL tomorrow! :D

They don´t know how to spell banksy

these trees with purple flowers are everywhere, and in bloom.

me

A duck.

it has an orange face, and there was another that had a yellow face.

geese! The one on the right is a juvenile

Puente Griego, or Greek bridge. This was in the parque rosedal

awesome flowers on some trees

BUTTRESS ROOTS!!! It didn´t say what type of tree this was. :( But, still really cool

Is this one tree, or two trees, or... what is going on here?

A HA! That is one tree, but for some reason it grows roots from the higher branches, and in that way makes another trunk! I guess it´s an adaptation for support.

I want one of these in my backyard.

weird green lines on the tree bark of the spitting trees. These are cool because for whatever reason, they will release little drops of water (guttation, possibly, if it takes up too much water?) like they are spitting on you. But anyways, Buenos Aires is brilliant and has these placed along the sidewalks, so that as you´re walking down on a hot summer day once in a while you´ll get a drop of water on you.
